Overall, it’s a solid laptop and it runs smooth for everyday stuff. It’s fast enough for what I need, but the battery is the one thing holding it back. If it lasted a bit longer, I’d have way less to complain about.

"Good price and an easy process"
I was mainly looking for an affordable laptop to use around the house, and the prices on this site were better than I expected. The Dell I ordered had a few cosmetic marks, but nothing major, and it works just fine for what I need.
For the price, I can’t complain. Shipping was decent, setup was simple, and the whole ordering process was easy from start to finish

"Showed up way faster than I thought"
I ordered a refurbished laptop and expected to be waiting around for a while, which I don’t have much patience for. But it showed up in about 2 days, so that was a nice surprise. The box looked fine, and the tracking updated enough that I wasn’t constantly wondering where it was. Happy with how fast the delivery was.

"Return Was Surprisingly Easy, Refund Not So Much"
The return process itself was fine, which I guess is more than I expected. But the refund took way longer than it should have, so while they did eventually get it right, they definitely made me wait for it.

"Started out great, then let me down"
I remember being really happy with it when I first got it, it worked fine and I thought I’d made a solid choice. But after about a year, the battery gave out and then the motherboard failed too. Disappointing, especially because I had expected it to last much longer.

"Battery’s been a nice surprise"
I got the Dell laptop last week the battery has been better than I figured it would be. It still shows really good health and lasts for hours on a charge, so I haven’t had to keep reaching for the charger. Definitely happy with it so far.

"good support, just a little slow to start"
i had some trouble getting my refurbished latitude set up, so i reached out to support. it took a little while to get connected, which was kind of annoying, but once i got someone, he really knew what he was doing and got it fixed. overall, i’m happy with how it turned out.

Laptop showed up clean and it works just fine. There’s a tiny scratch on the lid, but not a big deal at all. For a refurbished one, I’m def happy with the condition.

"Good selection, but popular options sell out quickly"
I was shopping around for a used Dell laptop and compared a few different sites. They actually had a better selection than some competitors I checked, especially for the price range I was aiming for. The only downside was that a couple of models disappeared while I was still deciding, so I had to change my pick. I did end up finding one that fit my budget, but I wish the inventory stayed a little more consistent.

"Support was fine, just a bit slow"
I don’t know why, but I expected customer support to get back to me a little faster. They did reply and they were able to help in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the response time had been a bit quicker.

I had a hard time using the website, honestly. The filters kept Acting weird and not showing what I expected, so it made browsing more annoying than it should’ve been.

"Good deals, but the coupons were a hassle"
The discounts looked good at first, but the coupon I tried wouldn’t work on the laptop I actually wanted. I still ended up saving a little, but I had to spend extra time checking codes and reading the fine print, which was annoying. I just wish the promos were clearer so I didn’t have to do all that extra work.

"Matched the listing exactly"
I ordered a refurbished Dell laptop i was a little nervous about getting fooled by nice photos or vague descriptions. I picked the grade based on the info they showed, and when it arrived, it looked pretty much exactly like they said it would. Just a couple tiny marks, nothing unexpected, and it works fine. No surprises at all, which was a relief.

"Heads up: laptop was fine, but the charger was wrong"
Just a warning for anyone ordering this: the laptop itself was the right one and matched what I expected, but the charger included was the wrong one. Not a huge review, but definitely something to check as soon as it arrives so you don’t get stuck unable to charge it.
